What we collect

lattice-ffp-consent-v1) recording accept or reject. - Technical logs on our hosting server (if enabled by infrastructure) may include IP address and timestamp when you submit the form—retained only as long as needed for security.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Where inquiry data goes
Submissions are sent via POST to https://digital-lattice.digital/api/inquiry on the same domain. Data is accessed only by staff who handle planning inquiries and is not sold to data brokers.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete sooner. Cookie preference remains on your device until you clear site data.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use overseas email hosting, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Children
