Education funding guide

How our Bangkok team structures education funding reviews—from milestone years to THB targets and funding order.

Graduation caps representing long-term education savings goals

This page describes how we document education funding inside broader family financial planning—not a standalone product catalog.

Milestone years first

We list each child’s expected entry years for primary, secondary, and tertiary study. Each milestone gets a working label (for example, “Year 9 international program, 2031”) so conversations stay concrete.

Cost categories we map

Tuition and capital levies, transport, boarding, exam fees, and allowance buffers are separated. Totals are kept in THB unless you explicitly model another currency for overseas study.

Funding order checklist

  1. Confirm emergency reserves remain intact after any education top-up.
  2. Identify grants, employer benefits, or family gifts already committed.
  3. Compare time horizons before suggesting additional monthly savings.
  4. Discuss debt only after lower-risk sources are exhausted.

Materials that help

Bring school fee schedules, prior year receipts, and any scholarship correspondence. We do not need investment account numbers on day one unless cash-flow accuracy requires them.
